Project Management for Small Businesses – $500 per week plus HST, 12 weeks maximum

I intend to manage these projects as simply as possible.  With the minimum risk

Project documents will be provided – Charter, Plan, Meeting Minutes will be documented and shared, Lessons Learned and Project Close-off.  Typical projects would be;

1. Updating software
2. Upgrading hardware
3. Implementation of a new software application
4. Implementation of a new website
5. Migration of data between databases
6. Moving your business offices to a new physical location

Why is a website audit important?

Web site audits – $500 plus HST
It’s surprising how many web sites are still hard to navigate and therefore do not create the income opportunities you designed it for.  I will;

1. Review and test up to 20 web pages
2. Every link
3. Every add on
4. AODA testing for accessibility
5. Testing with mobile phone
6. Full report provided with recommendations
7. Presentation to owner – in-person or virtually

Why do you need process and procedure audits?

Optimizing your business processes and procedures – $500 per week plus HST

With 4 LEAN Belts I can identify gaps and inefficiencies in your business processes and procedures.  I will make recommendations and provide a high-level estimate of your potential time/cost savings where metrics can be identified.  I will;

1. Meet with your staff and 3^rd parties to understand the process in its current state
2. Document that current state
3. Provide 1 or more recommendations to implement efficiencies, with potential time/cost savings for each recommendation
4. Document the future state/s
